If you are interested in playing in Event #38, the Fairway Social Putting Championship, please fill out the form below.  Before you do that, take note of some important information:

– This is an unlimited retry event.  You can play the nine-hole course as many times as you want in the time window allocated. The top 5 in each division will receive a cash payout.

– This event will be played on Sunday night, September 10th from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

– A 15% rake will be taken from the prize pool money to pay for staff and printing costs.
